You can return items purchased online within 30 days from delivery and receive your refund. The refund will be performed against the original form of payment.

For orders paid by cash, the refund will be made to a bank account. You would need to provide us with your bank details at the time of requesting the refund

We would like to ensure that you have the best customer experience while visiting our website, so we defined a quick and easy return policy.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased on our online store within 30 days from the date the order was delivered to you.

The items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Beachwear, underwear and perfumes can be returned only with the package sealed. Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Products belonging to the same order must be returned to us in a single parcel, and must be shipped from the same Country where you received them to avoid extra handling expenses.

Items purchased from Diesel stores cannot be returned online.
